Beckenham Special Disability accommodation (SDA) Development
This completed dual-unit Special Disability Accommodation (SDA) project in Beckenham reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant homes that create meaningful community impact. Constructed together, both dwellings were designed in accordance with SDA standards and independently certified by an SDA-approved certifier.
Each residence offers a modern, low-maintenance design that prioritises accessibility, comfort, and functionality. The homes feature light-filled open-plan living areas, durable timber flooring, contemporary kitchens with generous storage, and well-appointed bathrooms finished in timeless neutral tones. Large windows and sliding doors connect the interiors to private, easy-care courtyards, supporting both independence and everyday living.
Delivered in close collaboration with the client, this project demonstrates our ability to successfully deliver compliant SDA housing while maintaining quality, practicality, and long-term value—resulting in an outcome the client was highly satisfied with.
