• It was and amazing and exciting journey to from start to finish of our newly built investment property. Tenants are living in our beautiful new home and are very happy, we too cannot fault the process all the way from tendering through to selections, construction and handover, we felt very valued, so refreshing and not stressful at all.   We would highly recommend Elven to anyone for any new build homes. The whole journey was as smooth as it could be. Our home finish has come so beautiful, that we get so many compliments on the built time frames and quality workmanship from neighbours and friends. The whole team in Elven was accommodating, professional, and kept us informed of developments at each stage on builder trend app. When a minor thing went wrong, they just got in and fixed in timely manner specifically Mr Hasit Varsani our building supervisor kept us updated on on day to basis and was awesome to work with him. He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to listen. Anytime something came up, he handled it quickly and without any fuss. He kept us in the loop, cared about keeping things running smoothly, and built our house in record time!

  Not to forget handy man’s team Neil and Dan they were great and helpful anytime and any jobs small or big were taken with care and caution. Kamlesh was helpful during the times Hasit was on leave and ensure that all defects were noted and actioned during final dayswhen keys got handed to us. Good team work with quality handoverss was noted.

  Mrs Manasvi Hirani, Director of Elven was very helpful and is praised for her excellent communication, on-time completion, and high-quality finishes offered compared to other companies with keeping our tight budget not getting compromised and she offered quality stone bench tops, kitchen and scullery cabinets, high ceilings, quality sliding robes doors, premium quality bathroom tiles and lighting and bathroom accessories to our liking and most importantly helpful to get engaged with initial architectural designing plans and coming up with unique custom designed home to maximise the built-in space inside house with estate development guidelines and local councils requirements inline having open plan living north facing design which was noteworthy.

  We’re extremely happy with our dream home built by Elven Construction and if we ever build in the future would not hesitate to go with Elven Construction again!

  Throughout the entire build process, the team has been amazing. They have always been quick to reply and helped us out with any issues that may have come. We also had very informative answers on any questions we had and they seemed like they knew what they were doing.

  We built during a period where building demands were very high which meant having delays in supply and stuff but the team at Elven were the best, they tried very hard and made sure that we got our built house on time.

  Our special thanks to the site supervisor who was amazing! If we had any concerns with the build or build process he was quick to comfort us and got onto fixing any problems as soon as possible. He was always available to contact anytime if we had any concerns and again went above every expectation that we had to ensure that our build process was as smooth as possible.
